Do you have price lists?

No, all of our work is custom and designed for your individual tastes and event. We would be happy to provide a initial quote by completing our Request a Quote form.

How do you price designs?

Pricing is based on the quantity of bouquets and arrangements needed and the overall designs including the individual blooms. Many of the amazing pictures found in bridal magazines and on Pinterest etc. are full of the most beautiful and expensive blooms including peonies, garden roses, anemones etc. We can absolutely take inspiration from those pictures and suggest designs and blooms that will work with your budget. We do always recommend splurging on the bouquets, especially the bridal bouquet because it will be in the majority of your pictures. When figuring out a budget for your wedding, you will want to allow a minimum of 10-15% of the total budget for flowers.

Where do you get your flowers?

We have many sources that we use through the season the get the absolute best blooms and materials available at the time. We generally have the greens and vases delivered to the studio from a supplier in MA and travel to the New England Flower Exchange to hand select the more delicate and focal blooms. We do also source blooms & greens locally when available.  NEW for the 2017 season we have signed up with Flower Company Cuts out of Kittery, Maine to select weekly LOCAL blooms and greens to incorporate into our designs.

Are you a retail shop?

No, we are a by-appointment only design studio focusing on weddings and events. We source all the materials just for your event so everything is the absolute freshest and best quality available.

Do you offer Tastings?

We are happy to bake cake samples for larger events if you would like. Because we are not a retail bakery we have to bake an entire batch for a tasting so they must be scheduled well in advance and are not available for smaller orders. Tastings are $25 (cash or check) and include your choice of 2 cake and 2 butter cream flavors. The $25 will be credited towards your final balance.

Do you have a minimum?

Yes, to provide the most amazing personal service that is our standard during the season we do need to limit the amount of events that we can provide full service including delivery. Minimums vary depending on distance from the studio and date, we can be more flexible in the off-season. We are happy to accommodate smaller events (under $2,500) that are picked up from the flour! studio in Wells. All pick-up items are packaged well and easy to transport. If you would like to have amazing bouquets and personal flowers and DIY your tables etc. this is a great way to accomplish that goal. All of our bouquets are packaged in water in a flowerbox so they remain fresh and happily drinking until you are ready for them.

Do you do fondant cakes?

No, we do strictly butter cream iced cakes.
